Soccer Camp 2009 Weather Policy

WEATHER POLICY:
**Check out our web site (www.sotvonline.com)
DAILY for the latest Soccer Camp announcement on weather conditions,
postponements, and cancellations!(We will post the camp day’s status by 8:00 a.m. each day)
In the event of rainy weather, we will
continue to run the camp.
The camp participants are invited to keep participating as long as they
are comfortable doing so.
In the event of LIGHTNING & THUNDER, we
will move all camp participants to the entrance overhang of the medical
building just to the south of the soccer fields until they can be picked
up by parents or guardians, or until the weather passes, and it is
deemed safe to play again.
**If the weather is so uncooperative
(all-day downpour or lighting, thunder, etc) before the day’s camp even
begins, we will cancel the day’s activities before children get dropped
off.**THE BEST WAY to find
out if the Soccer Camp is “on” for the day or “cancelled” for the day is
to go to our web site (www.sotvonline.com)
and check the Soccer Camp Weather Announcement on the front page.
